由中國科學院主管，中國科學院成都文獻情報中心主辦，在國內(nèi)外公開發(fā)行的綜合性科技雙月刊。本刊創(chuàng)刊于1979年10月，1993年經(jīng)國家科委批準向國內(nèi)外公開發(fā)行，曾用名《科技拾零》和《世界研究與發(fā)展》，1995年根據(jù)錢學森院士建議改為現(xiàn)名。
